Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri offers UG courses including B.Tech, BE, BE Lateral Entry, BBA, BA (Hons) and B.Ed  and offers  PG courses including M.Sc, MCA, MBA, MA and M.Ed .The university offers M.Phil and Ph.D courses at the Research level, and also offers Diploma in different streams. Admission is done through the CUET examinations. 

• Students who wish to pursue bachelor courses must have completed their 10+2 studies in relevant subjects. 
• Students must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with an aggregate of at least 50% marks to pursue B.Ed course.
• Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field for admission to postgraduate courses.
• For M.Phil and Ph.D courses, candidates must hold a Master’s degree in relevant discipline with an aggregate of at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in UGC 7 point scale from a recognized university.
• Admission will be granted based on the combined merit of students in the Entrance Test and the qualifying examination in the ration 70:30.
• Admission to MBA course will be granted based on score obtained in CMAT / CAT / MAT  followed by GD-PI.
• Admission to M.Phil and Ph.D courses will be granted based on performance in the Written Test conducted by the university, Presentation and Interview.
